(AP Photo/Karel Navarro) Joran Van der Sloot appeared in court in Lima today but refused to answer a judge's questions, reports CNN. He says his rights were violated when he was questioned by Peruvian police and confessed to the murder of Stephany Flores Ramirez, Van der Sloot's lawyer said after the hearing.
