(Shutterstock) Controversial dating site Beautifulpeople.com—the one that kicked off 5,000 "fatties" for gaining weight over the holidays—has started a "virtual sperm bank" to share the genetic material of its attractive clientele. Both members and non-members can use the new fertility forum to contact people they'd like to get some genetic material from, Mashable reports. Although a company press release references eggs, the specifics describe only the sperm option. Founder Robert Hintze says he planned to make the fertility service open only to members, but he realized that "everyone—including ugly people—would like to bring good looking children in to the world, and we can’t be selfish with our attractive gene pool."
