Authorities were called to Moore's Beverly Hills home yesterday around 5:20am after Valle was found floating in the pool's deep end. Witnesses at the gathering of five or six people say he'd been missing for 10 to 15 minutes and couldn't swim, reports the Los Angeles Times. Police say they don't suspect foul play and believe Valle died from drowning, though they're awaiting a toxicology report. The officer confirms Moore wasn't home at the time, "nor were there any family members associated with the celebrity at the location." "I am in absolute shock," Moore says in a statement, per People. "I was out of the country traveling to meet my daughters for a birthday celebration when I got this devastating news." She adds, "The loss of a child is an unthinkable tragedy and my heart goes out to this young man's family and friends." Daughters Scout, who turns 24 today, and Tallulah, were reportedly celebrating in New York City over the weekend, based on social media activity. ETOnline has more.
