(AP Photo/ David Duprey) Buffalo city police took a suspect in yesterday's grisly multiple shooting into custody, only to have the charges against Keith Johnson, a 25-year-old paroled just 2 1/2 weeks ago, dismissed this morning. "I am not going to prosecute someone for a quadruple homicide unless I'm absolutely sure that he did it," the county DA told the judge. "And I'm not absolutely sure." The DA says his office and police "desperately" need the public's help, reports the Buffalo News. "There is a person out there in this community who shot eight people. This is a very dangerous person. We need people to come forward with information about this crime. There were some 100 to 200 people in the bar last night. There are multiple eyewitnesses. Nobody has come forward, nobody is cooperating, except a few people." Read These Next Formal dining rooms may soon be a thing of the past. Luddites will rejoice at this return to analog.
