American Pie actor Chris Klein could find himself in jail thanks to his early morning DUI arrest, his second since 2004. Klein’s blood alcohol level was more than three times the legal limit when he was pulled over on a Los Angeles freeway at 3:13am, TMZ reports. If he is convicted a second time, California law dictates he must serve at least four days in prison.
