The 6-story "King of Kings" statue was erected in 2004 by the evangelical Solid Rock Church along Interstate 75 in Monroe, north of Cincinnati. Nicknamed Touchdown Jesus by locals because its raised arms invoked a referee calling a touchdown, it was made of plastic foam and fiberglass.
