More and more marketers are giving away free stuff on Twitter, and Erin Gifford at Mashable offers advice on to cash in. Read the full list here. A sampling:

Find tweeters who give away merchandise by searching for "freebie" or "free stuff." Some winners: @heyitsfree; @freestuffrocks; @freenology; and @fstimes.

Freebie aggregator sites are popping up. Try http://twitterfreebies.com/
Use hashtags. Punch in #freebie or #freebies in the search box to pull up related tweets. "If you use TweetDeck or TweetGrid, set up a column alongside your Twitter stream to monitor for incoming tweets with certain hashtags."
