But despite his healthy diet and regular workouts, he can't seem to ditch the occasional coffin nail. The First Doctor's report says that he's using "nicotine replacement therapy" in a bid to quit smoking but doesn't go into specifics, the Christian Science Monitor reports. Obama has been candid about his difficulties with tobacco in the past: "Have I fallen off the wagon sometimes?" he said last year. "Yes. Am I a daily smoker? No. Am I a constant smoker? No." What are the chances he'll ever completely quit? Pretty dismal, notes Gawker.
