(AP Photo/ISNA, Arash Khamushi) Mahmoud Ahmadinejad fired back at Barack Obama yet again today, saying that he’d “made a mistake” that would threaten talks. He threatened that Western leaders who make “insulting and irrelevant comments will be put on a fair trial” by Iran at every “international gathering.” Ahmadinejad has been peeved ever since Obama declared himself “appalled and outraged” by the violent crackdown on protesters. Ahmadinejad demanded Obama apologize, but yesterday Obama refused. “I don’t take Mr. Ahmadinejad’s statements seriously,” he said, noting that the US had “gone out of its way not to interfere with the election process in Iran.” Ahmadinejad was not pleased. “They keep saying that they want to hold talks … but is this the correct way?” he said. “Do not disgrace yourself further by such language and behavior.” Read These Next Trump, Johnson aren't happy with pick for Super Bowl headliner.
