(AP Photo) Thirteen-year-old Daniel Hauser and his mother Colleen have returned to their home state of Minnesota after fleeing court-ordered chemotherapy, the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports. Authorities have taken Daniel Hauser for a medical checkup; they wouldn’t say whether the return was the result of an arrest, deferring questions to a press conference scheduled for later today. Colleen Hauser is wanted on charges of criminal negligence, according to an FBI affidavit. Read These Next A big shake-up at the top of Ben and Jerry's hierarchy.
