Penns May Be Back Together

This is getting hard to keep straight. Sean Penn and wife Robin Wright Penn appear to be reconciling. Again. The actor filed a court request in Marin County, California, to dismiss his legal separation case, reports People. The two began divorce proceedings in 2007 after 11 years of marriage, only to halt them 4 months later. All seemed well until Sean filed for a separation last month.

"This appears to imply that they're reconciling again," says a divorce lawyer not involved with the case. "It's unlikely Sean Penn would request a dismissal for any other reason."
