(AP Photo/Henny Ray Abrams) Stocks jumped out of the gate this morning, after a tech-driven sell-off yesterday that brought indexes to new bear market lows. The Dow rose 140 points, with Alcoa up 8% and GE up more than 10%. The S&P and Nasdaq soared 2.3% and 2% respectively. Financials were among the big gainers, with Citigroup jumping 21% after its CEO said it was profitable in January and February.
