Manuel Uribe, once the world's heaviest man, is being swept away to the chapel—quite literally.                                         Uribe, who set the world record in 2006 for weighing 1,230 pounds, has lost 550 with his fiancée’s help. Uribe says he will have a bite of wedding cake for photos, but no more because he's on a diet.
