Taylor Swift's Eras Tour bonuses apparently weren't a one-off—and this time, the surprise payday landed at an NFL stadium concession stand, reports ABC News. Arrowhead Stadium worker Robyn Gentry wrote in a Taylor Swift fan Facebook group that she met Swift, Travis Kelce, and his mother, Donna, while working the Kansas City Chiefs' Christmas Day game. Gentry says Swift came up to her, thanked her for working the holiday, and pressed money into her hand while wishing her a merry Christmas, reports Fox News.
"Travis and her were smiling so big and just kept saying merry Christmas, thank you for working Christmas," Gentry writes. "But then they were gone and I stopped to look at what was in my hand.... $600. My whole paycheck for two weeks. I had just dropped that much for Christmas for 8 kids. I immediately started crying." She says she hasn't been able to spend it yet; she framed one of the $100 bills and shared a photo of it in the group, calling Swift and Kelce "beautifully kind people."
The stadium encounter follows a string of recent high-profile gifts from Swift. Before Christmas, she donated $1 million to the American Heart Association and another $1 million to Feeding America, continuing a pattern of mixing blockbuster tours, football-suite cameos, and occasional windfalls for people standing nowhere near the spotlight.
