(AP Photo/Silvia Izquierdo) After Nickelback was forced to cancel more than 60 summer concerts due to a cyst on lead singer Chad Kroeger's vocal cords, Kroeger filed a $13 million claim with the band's insurance company to cover the losses. But Lloyd's of London is now suing Kroeger, claiming the band's insurance policy should be canceled, TMZ reports. The insurance company says Kroeger, who had surgery to remove the cyst in July, actually had the cyst before the policy was put into place, but kept the pre-existing condition a secret. Maybe this guy would be willing to reimburse Nickelback some of the money as a thank-you for canceling the concerts? Read These Next Minneapolis shooter had a plan—and grievances.
