(AP Photo/Lynn Hey) (Associated Press) No. 2 Duke lost its second game of the season to fired-up, unranked Wake Forest, whose defense held the normally hot-shooting Blue Devils to 37.7% from the floor. Jeff Teague led all scorers with 26 points. The victory was particularly sweet for rookie coach Dino Gaudio, whose storied predecessor, Skip Prosser, passed away before the season began. The Demon Deacons took control in the second half with a 17-2 run; the Blue Devils went without a bucket for over seven minutes. All five Duke starters fouled out in the closing minutes, and the team suffered a season-high 22 giveaways. Wake Forest's last win against a top-five team was three years ago, also against Duke.
