(AP Photo/The Seattle Times, Dean Rutz) Jon Meis became a hero after he stopped a gunman at Seattle Pacific University this week, and the world is showing its gratitude online. Noting that Meis is getting married this month, supporters posted his wedding registry on Reddit with the note: "This is the wedding registry for the man who subdued the SPU gunman. You know what to do." Now, every gift available online has been bought, the BBC reports. "It’s only a loaf pan, but it gave me the chance to say thank you," noted one user, per seattlepi.com. "My company just bought him a memory foam mattress pad with my company Visa," posted another. On top of the registry buys, backers are crowdfunding his honeymoon—and it should be a lavish one. They've raised more than $19,000 for the trip, despite a target of just $5,000. Read These Next Gavin Newsom has filed a massive lawsuit against Fox News.
