At around 1:45am on Saturday—just hours after the Santa Barbara shootings—a Texas man opened fire on three women who refused to have sex with him and his friends, Fox 40 and the Stockton Record report. The women accompanied the men to a location, but when they refused to get down and/or dirty, the men ordered them to leave, and a suspect identified as Keith Binder, 21, allegedly fired eight rounds at them as they did.
