(AP Photo/Luca Bruno) Silvio Berlusconi's alleged sexcapades earned him a seven-year prison romp today, as a Milan court found him guilty of paying an underage prostitute—namely Karima El Mahroug, aka Ruby the Heartstealer—for sex at one of his infamous "bunga bunga" parties. The court also found the former Italian prime minister guilty of abuse of power, for helping to spring Miss Heartstealer from jail following a theft arrest, Reuters reports. In addition to the seven years in jail, the court banned Berlusconi from public office. But Berlusconi has the right to appeal the sentence, and he won't be locked up until that appeal is resolved.
