Senators Knock Crosby, Pens Out of Playoffs

The Ottawa Senators looked dominant in closing out their series against Sidney Crosby, Evgeni Malkin, and the other gifted, snotty-nosed young upstarts of Pittsburgh.  Ray Emery, the tattooed, python-owning goalie who got his start with the Senators during last year's playoffs, stopped all 19 Penguins shots.

Despite Pittsburgh's embarrassment of young-talent riches—a legacy of years of losing and consequently high draft picks—the Penguins were overmatched throughout the series, going 0-for-15 on power plays during the last three games, all Ottawa victories.
