The cop helped up the man—who was said to be slurring words and reeking of booze—and walked him over to a police car. That's when Engler reportedly stiffened his arms to avoid being handcuffed and even socked the officer in the face—twice. With drivers stopping to watch the scuffle, the officer called for backup and was able to corral Engler with help from two other cops. This all went down just a few hours after President Obama visited South Florida for a rally and a fundraiser. Read These Next Trump doesn't want Clarence Thomas or Samuel Alito to retire.
