The hacker who stole, then leaked, naked photos of Scarlett Johansson has had a profound impact on the actress: She's now extremely paranoid, to the point that even new boyfriend Nate Naylor can only contact her through her assistant, a source tells Star in a report picked up by the New York Post. "It’s really awkward but for now he’s going along with it," the source says, adding that ScarJo has given up pretty much all technology, including cell phones and the Internet, and she fears that "people are constantly spying on her."
