The video includes footage of the toddler unwrapping presents last year, the Daily Telegraph reports. In the video, Kate and Gerry McCann urge their daughter to "be brave." To the kidnapper, they say, "You must understand that you hold the key to ending all this despair and anguish, for both us and Madeleine." Madeleine went missing May 3 from her bed in a Portugal holiday resort, while her parents, who remain official suspects, ate at a nearby restaurant with friends.
