(AP Photo/Frank Franklin II) Linda Evangelista’s ugly fight with baby daddy and French billionaire Francois-Henri Pinault drags on: In court yesterday, where she is still attempting to get $46,000 per month in child support from Pinault, her lawyer claimed that when Evangelista first told Pinault she was expecting, "He suggested she terminate the pregnancy." Pinault’s spokesperson denied the charge, the New York Daily News reports. While testifying, Pinault—now the husband of Salma Hayek, with whom he has another child of about the same age—said he and Evangelista only spent seven nights together and that she may have deliberately attempted to get pregnant. Though he was "not involved in the decision" to have the baby, he said, he told the supermodel he would "recognize" the child. But he admitted not paying child support for the first five years of son Augustin’s life, because Evangelista "didn’t ask and I didn't offer."
