Things didn't get any better as the Flames went on to win 3-1. The Flames outshot the Blues 20-2 in the second period, and from the second period into the third had 18 consecutive shots. Lee Stempniak had the lone goal for the Blues, who lost for just the second time in regulation in their last 11 games. "The Flames played the kind of hockey you play at the end of April and May. We played the kind of hockey that you play in the month of July," said Blues coach Andy Murray. Read These Next A look at President Trump's fast pivot on Minneapolis.
