The Pennsylvania attorney could target Penn State staff or workers for the former coach’s Second Mile charity, ABC News reports. In the future, staffers aware of child abuse may face more than a lawsuit: Pennsylvania lawmakers are likely to take up a bill today requiring anyone in such a position to inform police of the abuse.
