Hilary Duff isn’t waiting around for the tabloids to notice her baby bump: She gleefully announced her own pregnancy today on her official website. The announcement comes on the one-year anniversary of her marriage to Pittsburgh Penguins hockey player Mike Comrie. “We also want to share the exciting news that ... BABY MAKES THREE!!!
