Osama bin Laden wanted to mark the 10th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks this year in the best way he knew how: with another assault on US soil. Intelligence gathered from the Navy SEALs raid that killed him showed bin Laden was trying to put together a team to carry out an unspecified attack, officials tell the Wall Street Journal. It apparently remained only in the discussion phase, but the CIA is giving the threat high priority.
