(Chris Pizzello) "Beautiful Girls" singer Sean Kingston is breathing on his own and walking in a Miami hospital, says his publicist. Kingston's condition has been upgraded to serious more than a week after he crashed his watercraft into a bridge off Miami Beach on May 29. Kingston walked today for the first time since the crash.
