TechCrunch has the details: It went up at 1pm EST May 2 and had 1.6 million views after its first 38 hours. No photo has gotten that many hits that quickly, according to Flickr. The most-viewed photo there—of Nohkalikai Falls, Cherraphunjee—has just under 3 million views, but it took five years to amass that amount.
