Kings of Leon vs. Glee: Spat Turns Homophobic

At least one Kings of Leon member was not happy about being told to eff off by Glee creator Ryan Murphy. Drummer Nathan Followill responded with a Twitter rant some, including the Huffington Post, are calling homophobic. “Dear Ryan Murphy, let it go. See a therapist, get a manicure, buy a new bra. Zip your lip and focus on educating 7yr olds how to say f***,” he wrote in a tweet that has since been removed. Murphy is openly gay, the Post notes.

Followill later backtracked, tweeting, "I'm sorry 4 anyone that misconstrued my comments as homophobic or misogynistic. I'm so not that kind of person. I really do apologize." Click for background on the feud.
