(AP Photo/Steve Ruark) Another apparent bomb plot foiled by another sting operation: Federal authorities in Baltimore arrested a man today who thought he was detonating a car bomb near a military recruitment office, reports the Baltimore Sun. The still unidentified man is scheduled to appear in court later today, when more details of the case will presumably come out. (See update here.) No link, at least so far, to the recent string of shootings at recruitment centers near DC. "There was no danger to the public as the explosives were inert, and the suspect had been carefully monitored by law enforcement for months," said the US Attorney's Office in Baltimore.
